Ipsos Project Without Specified Scheduler

Is there a phone number or other means of reaching Ipsos? On shops that do do specify scheduler names but only a general email, it can seem quite difficult to get a response to an inquiry. Thank you

"Quite Difficult"? I would classify it as IMPOSSIBLE...but YMMV...that said, the best luck I have had with communicating on these types of shops has been to contact a scheduler who I KNOW has been fairly responsive, and then ask them nicely for directions....
This is what they call their I shop first program. No scheduler is assigned. Once the jobs have sat there for a week or two, a scheduler will be assigned (usually the same one each month) and their will be a scheduler to contact.

Welcome to how Ipsos does business.

Many shoppers don't bother with taking them at base pay on the I Shop First portion. I prefer I Shop Last For Bonues.
I recently sent a message to the general email about one of those projects and got a response 2 hours later. Generally, I have have good luck with the general email. Some of the schedulers have taken days. YMMV.
Your best bet is to message them on Facebook with your question. That will get you a reply right away. In your message, let them know you've already emailed the general mailbox and that its been days without a response, or they may just tell you to send an email. They will generally ask the project manager to get in touch with you. Emailing their general email is a complete and total waste of time. They do have a phone number,833-782-0500, but its also super hit and miss if/when someone will call you back.

They seem massively understaffed, or inadequately staffed.
I'm having this issue with not getting a response from them on a scheduling snafu. Posted on another thread about it as I don't think I'm gonna get an answer by the time I need it and am unsure as to what to do!

I once tried calling them and got bounced around from person to person, none of whom could help me, so I gave up.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
