Presto contact?

One of my shops got returned and I was asked for a new photo of the pharmacy purchase. Specifically, I was asked for a photo of my credit card statement showing the photo, and the 'editor" who issued the request asked that I send her/him the photo of my credit card statement. OK, got it...except...where do I send it? She/He specifically asked for me to send it to her/him, and ALSO resubmit. Can anyone help me out with an email address for Presto editors?

This sounds super fishy. I've done a zillion of these and there would be no reason to submit your credit card statement (unless you didn't have the actual store receipt)? IPSOS is the MSC behind these shops, and the editors for these shops will have an @ipsos email address. You'll get the request for clarification as an email. Did they somehow contact you another way than email?
@salisburync That does sound very odd. If they are requesting proof from a recent visit to the pharmacy, then they should ask for a screen shot of just that from recent transactions from the credit card you used and not a statement. It is too soon to be on a statement.

When you go to Presto, do you get a message saying you have to provide more info on a shop? If it is legit, you should see a message like that.

What was the a problem with the receipt? To back up @Cassiespark, I had something similar happen when I visited a 24 hour gas station at sunset (during shoppable hours) and the fuel dispenser did not issue a receipt. When I went to the C-store, it was locked and I knocked on the door and waited 5 minutes, but there was no staff and no sign that they were temporarily closed. I took a picture of the door showing it locked, the pump showing the gas purchase and included a picture of the pump reading the cashier has the receipt. The editor emailed me back and asked for a screen shot showing that amount from my transactions that would show the date, the gas station name, and address and just that -- no cc #.

In your reply, I would BCC someone else at the big co. with just a snippet of that transaction and no others and not the cc. I might include the very last single digit of the credit card.

If this is for the credit card job, then I am back to the hate part of the love/hate feelings I have for this task.
thanks heywave and cassie...The store could not print a CC receipt (printer down) so I had the store employee write the receipt on a slip of paper....that was rejected by Presto, and they asked for the credit card statement, properly redacted. I supplied this, but there is a Catch -22 at play here.....These shops MUST be posted within the time period allowed for the shops ( or else one doesn't get paid). So, as in my recent experience...I complete a visit four hours before the deadline, but don't get a receipt, the shop is rejected, even with a hand-written receipt. I can't get even a partial/pending online and redacted screenshot until the next day....so I run the risk of an unpaid visit, when it is the store's problem for no receipt capability.....I submit the report with a photo of the handwritten receipt and HOPE/PRAY for the redacted credit card statement screenshot.
One more thing...Presto always was the low priced spread of Mystery Shops....Lately it has become a way for MSC's (and not just IPSOS) to get the hard-to-schedule shops more air time, so to speak. I have seen some nicely compensated shops hit the Presto Map lately, and have taken advantage of that. However, where I used to get paid in 2-3 days, now it is taking 7-14 days....anyone have a theory on this new "delay"?

@salisburync Maybe I am not following, but if there is an issue with the shop, then the clock gets pushed back. The editor will ask for a clarification and provide 24 hours to submit the needed info.

The gas station example I provided had less than three hours of shoppable hours left since you can't perform the shop after 10, but the timer automatically gave me 6 hours. I submitted the pictures and made a notation in the shop and sent it off before I left the station. I received an email the next day, well after the midnight cutoff for the shop, asking for a screenshot of that transaction from the credit card I used.

When it is on Presto, they will still pay on the same respective company schedule. I have some completed shops that show payment not handled by presto, direct inquiries to .... It seems like the blue pins that paid in 2-3 days are taking 20-40 hours before the job is approved. Some blue gas pins I do get approved in 20 minutes, but I haven't done those in almost a month.
Thanks Heywave...I have not detailed the date re: payment, as you have.....your numbers are appreciated! I will keep those in mind!
