Ouch; you're right. This one stings, as it already downgraded my United Premier Silver status.

Fortunately, my Diamond status remains with Hilton.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.

Are you able to name Mystery shopping companies (MSCs) that that are used to evaluate hotels? any information you provide will be helpful.

AHHHHHH! I just checked and they dropped my status to WHAT I REALLY DESERVE! When this virus is over, I'm going to have to do another shop and get my status back up!!! sad smiley

I will help you in the same way that someone from this board helped me. I was aware of the Marriott assignment from already following the assignments for its MSC. I had no idea that accepting one would result in an immediate upgrade in elite level, or I would have applied for one a lot sooner than I did. Once I learned that information from this board, I accepted for a couple and finally got one assigned to me, and I was subsequently upgraded to Platinum. If you want to know which MSC has Marriott as its client, you will need to do the same kind of hard work that I did. There aren't many shortcuts in mystery shopping or, for that matter, in life.
