Try having your shop rejected because THEY had the wrong street number (off by a digit) and claimed that you were shopping the wrong station because the photos didn't match previous ones ( I wasn't at the wrong location and I proved it beyond a doubt by providing the actual company website list of stations).

Their answer to that - nothing ...crickets. Then to add insult to injury they just delete the shop from my history as if it never existed. It was back up on the board later with the CORRECT street address (the one I shopped).

Needless to say, I was steaming but ultimately I didn't pursue it any further - I know how things go there sometimes and it isn't worth the recrimination.
Sorry folks. I thought "no" would be enough for me, but I've just got to say, a phone call yields results with this MSC.

I just shopped a full serve GS location that had moved their cash register in from another store. The register was still printing the other store's address, and when I asked for a copy of a pump receipt to prove I was at the right place, the pump receipt had no address, and there was no address on the building for a photo. The receipts totally looked like I went to the wrong location.

After submitting the report, it was not approved at first, but I called, I explained, and the shop was eventually approved.

Email usually works, but sometimes does not with this MSC. A phone call /always/ has yielded a reasonable and supportive individual ready to listen, to engage in dialog or even reasonable debate, to fix what is fixable, and to explain what is not.

yes. if your phone is set up to do so. i used to have a droidx and it had a macro mode. macro mode is used to take pictures of items close up so you can get good details in the shots.
