No. They have a payment section on their main website that explains that payment will arrive between 60-90 days, and if you haven't been paid after 90 days, you fill out the form provided on the site. I have had to do this before and I was paid (about 95 days after I did the shop).

I still would like to give my two cents to Melissa Benson from Direct Scheduling and her co-witch June - who jerked a lot of people around with lies. I did find her on Facebook and messaged her I'm STILL waiting 22 months later, of course she blocked me.

I had to contact Goodwin too. I shop for them regularly, and after I called for the first check, they did issue the second one on their own. Didn't know I had a limit on how long to wait till I called.
Which company? there are several being discussed here.

Hi Suzie, I bet it's Franchise Compliance, based on the amount due ($225). Disojujaja, if it is FC, contact the Utah Labor Commission.

A Top Shop! Had to make a lot of threats. Got lots of excuses as to why she was late. Not my problem. I did get paid finally, but will never pick up another shop for her. I have seen many complaints on this forum.

I know Freeman is having payment issues as well, but do not have personal experience.
I just got paid today from Goodwin for a shop I completed March 1. I consider that excessively slow. I did not complain to this point, I was giving it until Monday before I was going to start my inquiries.

I did one more shop for them in May, so I am not expecting payment until August. I will shop for them again, but only if it's going some place I would have gone anyway.

This is nothing new for Freeman, approximately three years ago it took nine months to pay me, meanwhile guess who had to eat the finance charges and service fees on the credit card. I should have trusted my first instinct, I am still waiting to be paid from two shops I did back in February!

National Shopping Service Network (NSSN). I did two shops for them in April and their policy 30 days. It's July now. I have sent two emails and each time Amber states she is checking with accounting to see where my check is. This has been going on for a month. I guess they are just another dead beat company. Shop at your own risk.
That is out of the norm for them. I have done shops for them for about 7 years, no problems getting paid. I hope that you get yours resolved soon.

I just got paid for an April shop. They have been quite good in paying but maybe things are turning for the bad there. Who knows? They still owe me for a few shops.

Thanks for mentioning this OP! I am about to do that with Ace mystey shops if they keep not helping me get the $60 they've owed me for months now! I owe taxes and can barely get by. I spent over $25 in gas too to do 4 shops for them!
Their PayQuicker claim is full of beans. It's don't bother to see ya get paid at all!
Your gas expenditures are not ACE's responsibility. If the money has been sent to PayQuicker then it is up to you to work with PayQuicker to get your funds. On another thread you were provided with the contact information for PQ.

Again, gas is on you. The best way to cut down on the price is gas is setting up a route that not only includes one companies' shops but others along the way. Last week I drove 150 miles in one day on a route - and made bank on it.

Last week I had 199 mile route. Was home and finished with reports in 5 1/2 hours, only spent $18 in gas and made bank myself.

What type of shops do they do?
FC is in Utah. I don't know anything about Ace or what state they are from. You file in the state that the company is located in. Get as much information about them as you possibly can, such as the contact information of everyone you have emailed, the company's address and phone number off of the website, etc.

I never found out that one either. However, I see you asked about HDE. I think that is Hilli Dunlap Enterprises. Now if we can just solve the other mystery.

Yes, Hilli Dunlap skunked a lot of people. I got lucky. Are they even still in existence? TES may have been a typo for TNS? But TNS pays on time as far as I know, so doesn't make sense...
