Nimble Support Piracy Project Shops
My guess would be, since she's "detained", no, that is not her first priority...I would say her cash is tied up, you know bail, court costs, mortgage, going to jail for up to 10 years...Write this one off.

I did the training at the beginning of August to do one of these shops in my area. He assigned me a really rough looking biker bar and I did not think there was any way I could see myself there. I was pretty desperate for money at the time and I am glad that I said that I didn't want to go to that location since they are not likely to pay their shoppers ever anyways.
I know this is not 'politically correct' but I plan on contacting the client on my own on this one, if I do not get my response from Sabrina. I WILL be paid for work done.
I don't 'write-off' work that I performed and probably risked my life for and no one else should. Mystery shopping companies make a tidy profit from our efforts and we deserve promised payment.

Yeah, my assignment was to go to a MMA gym that was illegally showing a pay per-view MMA event.
I had to pay to go to the event and then surreptitiously record inside for verification. Worked out OK as I wasn't detected but I want my $150 !!!

Maybe go through their lawyers...I am sorry for all that happended, but considering the events that occured, maybe the client will pay for a report that was at least turned in, was it?

According to their facebook - they are still scheduling work as of a few days ago. How long ago did you contact them? When were you supposed to be paid?
Was this assignment scheduled by Nimble for an MSP?

I totally agree, go to the client if all else fails with the msc not paying you and also contact your attorney general or whomever.
Others disagree with this form of hardball, but too bad, you are also doing the client a big favor as I am sure they will think twice when msc contract renewal time comes up.
Even if your ICA forbids contacting msc clients, dream on if you really think the msc can enforce this given all of their other legal problems and legal judgements not at all easily enforced in a majority of states such as NY. I am still waiting to hear one case ever of a shopper lawsuit over a breached ICA.

Anyone familiar with 'A Customers Point of View' or ACPV? They say that they also do piracy shops as well? I want to make sure that I don't get burned again.
I am registered with them and did a shop (long time ago), but I don't do Video. I would say (off the cuff), your o.k. with them. Remember what went down with Nimble, and that they were a new MSC, not proven. ACPV has been around a long time. Nimble is on Facebook, looks like nothing has been updated.

Even with her "issues" Nimble is posting a lot lately.
Is anyone currently working for Nimble? I have tried to contact Sabrina multiple times about money she owes me and don't get a response.
I seriously doubt they're still in business.
They pled guilty to child abuse on August 28th. You can find it online in the York County SC circuit court records.

Hope that this low-life and her husband get what they have coming. If anyone ever sees her crawl out from the rock she is under please advise me as I would still like to prosecute. The witch stiffed be out of a $250 in payments and $40 out-of-pocket. May she rot in jail!

OMG. I just read the articles...there was an incident a few years back as well. I just want to cry thinking about the condition of that house and the state of the children.
I am so glad I never accepted any of the shops in my area. I'm sure I'd still be looking for my money. Those poor kids.
