RQA Effectiveness Check

I see that RQA just posted a new project and is paying $16 per location with NO TRAVEL FEE. No other option for payment. I want to cry. This is the first time I have ever seen an RQA job where they aren't paying mileage. They are my favorite company and it looks like they are jumping on the "pay as little as you can get away with" bandwagon.

This is not the first project they posted like this. There was another a few weeks back with the same structure. Unfortunate for sure.

Was glad to see an open project email show up in the Inbox.

Not so glad when I saw that it was this deal.

Almost grabbed the 10 closest, but thought better of it.

On February 5th they posted 14 Family Dollar stores available in my area for a different project, but at the same reduced pay and no mileage. As I type this all 14 of those stores are still available, no one has taken them. And now 21 Dollar Tree stores in my area for this new project paying the same reduced rate have sat unclaimed all week.

There were 22 in my area when I first checked in. They are all still there...

I notice today they have expanded the travel radius allowed. How nice of them to let us drive further with no compensation.

Funny because these fly off the job board by me. I took the ones nearest my job and my house so no extra driving. They are still a pain to track down the manager and get into the back room for pictures. I don't think I will take more of these going forward for the lower rate.

Anyone else get a text from RQA offering $18 per location plus mileage?

Worth reconsidering from where I sit.

Need to see how the locations fit in with my upcoming garbage disposal routes.

None close to me, and none close to my BFF in San Diego either.
I averaged 10 minutes per store.
They were worth it for us at $16 and no mileage (which would have been minimal anyway).
Since I cleaned up every location between here and work, I'd want mileage and a higher rate for any more that I grabbed.

A little off topic, but still on the subject how how RQA seems to be changing: I just accepted some locations for the candy audit. I've done this before so I have a pretty good idea what to expect. I know you are in each store for a while. So hourly rate plus mileage. Fine.

Well this time, they are only adding one location to you app and you have to complete that before they add the other locations assigned to you to the app! I consider this mildly insulting as I have never missed a deadline with them. It is also very inconvenient as they are picking the location I do first, rather than allowing me to order the route. Plus, I don't know if the others will pop up immediately once I submit or if I have to wait for approval and do it on another day.

I am so sad that after all these years of being a great client, RQA is throwing up all these roadblocks.

That would not be ok. I need to plan my route, my day, etc. did you try contacting them about that to see if maybe it was a glitch in the app? I just recently had 3 different projects and all locations showed up at once.

It is not a glitch. It was followed with an email stating in part: "...you will be assigned only one location initially, which must be completed within 72 hours of receiving the envelope ...After your data for the first store has been reviewed, you will receive the remainder of your stores"
