Presto Shopper - You have been BLOCKED from claiming this shop

I get this error when I try to sign up for a Debit Card assignment on the web, and through the app it's "this is no longer available." I'm assuming I did something wrong, or is this an Presto App error?

It means you've been banned from these projects unfortunately. Maybe too many reports got rejected. Other shoppers in this forum have encountered this.
That's what I suspected. I've been paid for every assignment, but figured they didn't like something. I'll try reaching out to them
If they've accepted every assignment there shouldn't be an issue?

FWIW, I finally found one of these I could realistically do, at a restaurant with a fabulous beer selection. Normally I would not get the same beer twice in such an establishment, but as long as someone else was buying...

I was concerned that I may have left too big a cash tip for the first transaction, but the shop was accepted without a hitch.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I have done three this weekend: a Mexican restaurant, a taco restaurant and a hospital. My husband and I are getting our routine down. We take turns who picks the meal and the other says, "I will have the same, oh and separate checks." The looks we get are so funny! We purchased a hot beverage from the hospital bistro yesterday and got the same strange look. Its just funny---two people who appear to be together, ordering the exact same item and paying separate. Maybe I think too hard on this, but it does seem odd.

I will add that the hospital one was a tad awkward. There was a security guard who asked everyone who entered how he could be of assistance and where they were going. I said, "oh we are meeting a friend to visit their loved one. Do you have a place to get something to drink?" I had planned on trying to find a gift shop, but I saw the bistro from the security desk and went that route. There is another hospital of the same "brand" in my city and they make all visitors get a badge and tell the security desk who they are visiting and non visitors aren't allowed to enter the restaurant area.

Same here. I had done a ton of them, and never had any negative feedback or rejections. A friend who lives in another state is blocked from them as well. No explanation, we both just discovered we can't access the shops anymore.

Let me know if you have any success finding out why your were banned or if there is any recourse. I doubt if from what I have read in the past.
Have you entered your 1099 info? I was blocked last night when I went to assign one for today, but I did get a pop up asking for my tax information to proceed. I have had a Presto account for years. I entered my information and was able to assign two.

I mentioned that I have not had a single assignment rejected and submitted my request for more information to [ishopforipsos.com]

I will keep you all posted smiling smiley
I would not worry about the hospital thinking you are weird to get two receipts. I worked at a hospital for many many years. The cafeteria is heavily visited by staff who might come in together, maybe even order the same thing but they are not at all related or paying for the other person. As a visitor it might be two friends visiting or sister and brother or some other arrangement where you each pay for your own. As long as you are not smooching or having a marital spat while on line there is no reason for the cashier to think you are two married to each other people.
