I received a flake citation from an Ipsos scheduler because I took a handful of shops (all the same type), and after the first one was such a bad experience, I refused to do the remainder.
I received a flake citation from an Intellishop scheduler when I wasn't doing shops at all and for a part of the country that wasn't even near my state. When I discovered it years later, I asked for it to be removed, and it was.
I've had several instances where schedulers promised me a hero citation if I "helped them out," none of which materialized after I did the shops.
I haven't shed any tears over any of the above.
