issue with company not paying

Hello,a company is past the payment due date in the contract and is unresponsive to messages and calls.
any advice on how to proceed? The company is CXE/CSE and I have dealt with Nola Penny and Sabra Conley who are aware of the contract being over-due. I had heard terrible things about CXE but believe in giving everyone a far shot,however I learned my lesson.

I am sorry you're going through this. I am not a shopper for them, so I can't really tell you much about them. Maybe someone that knows about them will chime in and help you out. I hope you get your money.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

I am part of one of their long-term projects and reliably get paid within 30-40 days which is well ahead of their terms.

CSE is an excellent MSC and their people - not those at the scheduling company they use - are an absolute delight to work with. Have you contacted the company itself?

Nola Penny is a scheduler for KSS, and doesn't work for CXE directly.

The contact I have at CXE is Julie - her email is Julie@cxeinc.com. I have found her to be very responsive and great to work with.

I think I also saw you post this on Reddit and mentioned they owe you $10K. That number really alarmed me and I hope it was a typo!

I get about 10K in fees and reimbursements a year from them, but I don’t see how it would be possible to rack up that kind of balance in a shorter period given the nature of their current clients. Something really seems off here.

What is really off here is that shopper xxx OG requested advice but has not returned since to follow up.

I looked at the OP's profile and they last logged in on June 6th. So they did come back but did not post anything.
