Seelevel quick service restaurant shop shrouded in secrecy

I received an email from a scheduler yesterday for a bakery/cafe fast food restaurant, but other than the fee and reimbursement there was NO information in the message or on the website. When I emailed and asked for details I received the response "You are just ordering an entree, side, and drink. Easiest shop you will ever do."

I've decided that there's probably something they're trying to hide, and passed. Does this shop ring a bell with anyone? If so, would you care to share details?

If they provided an address, you can look it up, and find the restaurant. If the pay is good, I would give it a go.

I agree with Kathy, in that there is probably info that is being withheld. In addition, the verbiage that it is the "easiest shop" is also, predicated upon my experiences, suspicious.

when they start saying "easy" there is something that is NOT easy.. Almost every time.

When I woke up on Friday there was a couple of inches of snow on the ground, so I decided I wasn't going to leave the house. I got an additional email asking for a shopper, but by tonight it was gone.

When I am told in the email a shop should take 10-15 minutes, I know it is easily double. Why schedulers think we are schmucks is beyond me.

I was able to get the shop. But easy? I read instructions few times. I can say it does not worst to do it for money they offer. But I will do that regardless of that.
