With the recent buyout fiascos is anyone else getting extremely confused with logins and delayed payments. Completed a Zoom discussion on Dec 18 and received a response to my email asking about the delay in payment. And got an alarming reply,
“SAGO is currently facing significant delays in the incentive processing workflow and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
Despite our best efforts, there is a possibility that SAGO may not be able to meet our standard commitment of processing your redeemed points within the usual 10 business days.
We understand the frustration that these delays may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your continued support and understanding. SAGO will keep you updated on the progress and sincerely hope to return to our standard processing times soon."
Yikkes anyone else having a similar experience??
