With the recent buyout fiascos is anyone else getting extremely confused with logins and delayed payments. Completed a Zoom discussion on Dec 18 and received a response to my email asking about the delay in payment. And got an alarming reply,
“SAGO is currently facing significant delays in the incentive processing workflow and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
Despite our best efforts, there is a possibility that SAGO may not be able to meet our standard commitment of processing your redeemed points within the usual 10 business days.
We understand the frustration that these delays may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your continued support and understanding. SAGO will keep you updated on the progress and sincerely hope to return to our standard processing times soon."

Yikkes anyone else having a similar experience??

I did in-person focus groups for Schlesinger years ago when I lived in Houston. They paid in actual money back then, and you received either cash or a check when you exited the room and "checked out" at the receptionist's desk. I never had any problems with them at all. I moved to the boonies, so the only focus groups I attend these days are with the cattle in the pasture out back. I wish you good luck with getting paid for your time and effort, but from that message, it's not sounding good.

I have the same message with $225 at stake. Prior to this last focus shop, the gift card payments were timely.

I did them in person while I lived in Dallas. Now I do Zoom or phone fucus groups for them. I've been waiting about a month for a $100 payment. This probably explains why I'm stilling waiting.
