Did anyone have to go through a Sedgwick online Webex orientation in order to join Sedgwick to do recalls? I'm not sure I'm in the right place because this is talking about adjusters, claims, and insurers. Yikes! All I want to do is pull products out of stores.

I asked the same, I think they just don't need more people right now. I sent an email but did not receive a response yet

Their website is like a labyrinth. I dug in my emails and found the division is Brand Protection, then worked my way to this site. Scroll down and hit Join Our Team.

Do you really have to print that 21-page document, fill it out, and send back the completed form as an email attachment?

Thank you for that. Actually got me to where I wanted to go!!
I'm not sure, I was part of RQA when stericycle bought them, so my account transitioned over. I had to sign up with RQA again though.

I was grandfathered in from Stericycle, and I started with Stericycle years ago, but I do recall that it was an application and approval process--not an instant thing.
