RQA App won't let me log in

I am trying to log into the RQA app on my Samsung S21 and it tells me that my credentials (username and password) are not valid. I can log into my online account so I know that my username and password are right. I asked for password help and was sent the same info. I uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. I am still being told that my credentials are wrong. I called the weekend emergency number for RQA and was told to leave a message.

Is anyone else having a problem logging in using the RQA App?

What exactly is the message you see? I am also not able to log into the app. When I try, a message pops up which reads "this user is already logged in from another device." I went out to do these jobs yesterday, and got the message as soon as I tried to log into the app. I did not try the emergency number, I just sent an e-mail. I have to go back over that way tomorrow for my Sonic shop. I'm going to call them before I head out, if they've not fixed the issue or responded to my email. I assume they will pay for my mileage over to the first store, even though I could not do the job since their app was having issues. I'm sure going to put the mileage down.
Do you owe them money from the chip recall? I wasn't able to log in until I paid up.
I don't know about OP, but I know I do not owe them any money. They owed me the whole time and only recently paid up. I swore off doing jobs for them, but thought I'd try once more to see if this would be better since a lot of people here speak well of them. They already messed up sending the ACH. I am in the process of changing banks, so I wrote them to see if I could submit my new banking information. Someone responded quickly and said that was fine. So I submit it, and the money went to my old bank. It worked out since I've not closed the account, but geeze. Now, the app won't let me log in.
Before everyone freaks out, I think you should know they are having some type of network issue. I submitted 5 shops today and 2 of them had errors that said "try again later" and currently show as incomplete. I pity someone on Monday morning.
I was sent a link to reset the password for the app. I reset the password and was just able to logon to the app successfully.

Sometimes the Samsungs add a space after your name or password, especially if you copy/paste or use the predictive text. Remove the space after your name, or the space after your password.
My issue is resolved. FYI, if you change devices or have to reinstall the app on your phone as I had to do after I reset my phone, then you need to call them so they can reset your device on their end. It took only a few seconds, and the person I spoke with was very polite.
