I have regularly run into issues with MS apps losing data in one way or another when attempting to do real-time reporting. Remote gas stations are a big part of my repertoire, and spotty cell coverage in the hinterlands exacerbates the issue.
The best overall experience I've had is with RQA's mobile app, but they are not an MSC, per se.
That thing keeps track of everything that's been entered when connections go wonky. You just log back in and pick up where you left off. Just wish I had more work with them.
