CX Group Website Issues
Yes! Thanks for posting, was wondering if it was just me. I was able to open a couple shops but not available dates appeared. Does anyone know what the rotation rules are? I’m wondering when some locations will be available for me again. Thanks!
I was able to get one shop and then the website like imploded lol. It's always wonky the day that they upload the shops but I haven't been able to load it for like 40 minutes.
Site messed up. No rotation rules for stores. There is a 15 per store in a year limit but no rotation such as you cannot shop x location if you shopped it last month. Very frustrating with this site today.
I wonder if they upload everything and just pack up and leave for the day... It's been over an hour now and one would think they try to do something about it.

I've been fighting it for solid hour. I finally got one shop to open, but I can't sign up to anything.
An hour later and I was able to schedule a second shop!
I'm glad to hear it's not just me. I power cycled my wifi router and everything and even tried my cell phone data and it's been a slug on everything. Website or app, no difference.
Just now been able to start self assigning, but it's taking about two or three minutes for each one.

Now, cannot even get to the log in page. Still don't know if I got my second shop.
3:00 PM. Getting Schedule Maintenance page. Check back at 2 PM. They're only an hour behind.

At least you got to that point. I can't even log in! Wheel is just spinning and spinning...
They seriously need to update their website infrastructure. I can't believe that a few hundred users at max would lock it up while it should be designed to handle much more than that.
It seems as if all of my information has been erased from the site. I don't have a status page, I don't have any open shops, my profile is blank. Yay CX, for going above and beyond making this mess even worse..

I got a text from my scheduler assuring me that IT is on it. I suspect that they might shut down the site for a bit to reset it, which is why nobody can log in right now.
Now the main screen says Scheduled Maintenance, login is not available. So at least they are working on the situation.
Yes scheduled maintenance and check back after 2 PM- we the notice was posted after 3 PM so I think they are a bit screwed up to say the least.
Well I guess this is my cue to start making lunch. Good luck everyone!
They're scrambling. First they said the website will comeback at 12pm EST. Now it's 5PM EST!!!!
In trying to end run the log in page via the Become a Shopper, it states check back after 5 PM.

Did anyone see pickups posted? I saw in store and fuel, that's it.
