new Markeftorce client?

I see a national burrito chain listed in 92660 zip code. This is new (that I know of). No pay, but fair reimbursement amount. It seems to only be a few in that area. I looked in other areas and do not see them, so I wonder if this is a "test" for potentially landing a new client. BTW, the chain is headquartered in 92660 zip code. That might explain why they are doing locations "close to home."

So it's back. Didn't everyone complain about the queso last time it was shopped?
I do not remember them having this client before. I see some delivery shops as well. Wondering if it's just a small sampling because I'm not seeing locations that far from the headquarters. Most of them are based in the local area.

Would hope they expand this to all their locations. This is a place I would shop for NO fee as I am a shareholder and the reimbursement amount covers a meal (unless the order requirements go beyond that amount). I spend my own money at this place, so if I can get a free meal and easy report, that is sufficient for me. If this was a COYLE client, i would expect $30 in pay :-)

I didn't say it was shopped before with this MSC, but it was shopped before. And a lot of people have asked if it has come back with a different MSC.

I thought when I looked it was reimbursement only, but I could be wrong.

Not seeing it here Hb. I might actually sign the agreement for that. I've been missing those burritos, only took 8 years to get over my trauma from the previous MSC.. LOL
if you look at zip code that I posted, you will see it there. It's a very small area. I'm thinking it's a "feeler" shop. Only a handful posted. Some delivery too. Just hope it sticks around for good.

I know this area well. A person could eat burgers every day smiling smiley

OMG I will jump for joy if this shop comes back. I did them for the other msc that went oob. I am almost happy enough to drive down to 92660 just to do the shop. Almost! is the key. I still eat there and have encountered a lot of mishaps on my own dime. The last mishap was a lucky one where I got dished out quite a few extra servings.
I had not realized they relocated their HQ. Hopefully they take this national. I'd love another food option.
Looked and not seeing it. HBBD, did you make dinner plans for the whole month? lol
Doing a mystery shop would be the only way I would visit this client again. Prices have gone way up, and they have been very strict about portion sizes. In my area a bowl of burrito runs around $13 and is tiny especially if you order online and are not there to tell them to add more veggies or rice. The trick I learned from shopping this client for years from the previous MS was to ask for a bowl and then ask for half and half of the meats like chicken and barbacoa. Loved working for the previous MS company as they even sent me to training for this client before I was allowed to shop them.
I went to that training too. I quickly grew tired of their shops. They wanted far too much detail for what it was worth. Names and descriptions of way too many people. It would stress me out :-).

I can get chicken bowl here in So Cal for $10.xx. That seems reasonable. Yes, i think the big complaint for online order is portion size. They did have some online order shops as well.

I'm very happy with the stock performance over the past few years. I like the rewards program too. This is a well run company with quality food and should do find. Just like any business, nothing is perfect and they will need to work on their issues.

Thanks for posting. It's here in the mid west. Delivery and dine-in.
They just added some order on the app pickup shops.
Nothing in my area.

I always order in store for the same reason. .I get extra of almost everything. And as HBBD says they are very nice to work with. A few months back they deleted all my points with no warning. I had more than enough for a free entree but had not yet used them. I called and told them they should have sent an email warning as it is difficult to find the history to see when points expire or your last visit. They restored them all.
And yes too much detail on the old report. The descriptions were pretty simple most of the time as the entire line of servers was usually F, 5'2-5'4" long dark hair, 20s.
Just to be clear, is this the burrito place named after the spicy pepper?
That is what I am assuming based on the info posted above but I am not sure. I have not seen the shop advertised where I live which is relatively close to the zip code mentioned.

Publicly traded company on NYSE. Share price is about $2100 per share currently. No dividends currently paid.

Easy Peasy. It does require photos but otherwise simple.
how much were you able to order for the $17 reimburse? burrito/drink? was it enough to cover either guac or queso? Maybe NO drink, but both of those things?

One popped back on the board today, but even though it shows in the initial search, it wasn't worth it for me to drive 20 minutes for $0 pay to get a free bowl. Hoping these are for the LONG TERM.

I thought that was a typo and it was $21. Nope. It's $2098. Crazy.
I got a Carnitas Burrito, chips and drink for $15.91 which includes our 7.5% sales tax. You have to order a dink and chips, so I'd have been over if I added guac or queso.
I got a bowl because the question about unwrapping the items wasn't super clear. Did you unwrap/unroll your burrito to show all the ingredients, or did you just simply take off the foil.
I just unwrapped the foil. There's no way I'm unrolling the shell. It shows as approved so it must be okay. I wasn't sure about what they wanted for the chips, so I ripped open the bag and showed them inside.
This MSC had a small chain restaurant in suburban LA they did for maybe 6-9 months. It was a takeout shop. They wanted a picture of the food in the bag, then the food out of the bag (but covered), then uncovered.

When in doubt, you can take multiple pictures and submit them all and let them choose the ones they want (unless they are not allowing you to upload extra pics). However, you can still take the pics and have them handy if they question you.
I did 2 of them and just unwrapped the foil. Both were approved. And pretty quickly too.
Starts at $0. I expect they will probably get bonused on a schedule similar to the chicken shop if they stay on the board long enough. I did them at $0 because both locations are within a couple miles of my house and I like the food.
I can see this shop (if it comes around regularly) go off the board for NO fee at least for the first few months. It will be a NEW thing and something different for many shoppers, so for an easy report and a FULL meal, they will do it. After awhile, the shops might linger, but most NEW(er) shops that are decent tend to be taken at $0 for the first few months (if not longer).
