I did not realize MF has anything other than the burger shops. Interesting.
I am going to a town today that they always call me about. Today there is nothing listed. My luck, or unluck.
They are offering half of what they used to offer for the burger shops.
They have phone store shops that just showed up yesterday near me. $12 and it actually says it could take up to an hour. I'll pass.

The first bonus ($5) would be followed by the next bump to $10.

So now that it is $3 as the first bonus, should we expect $6 for the next bump?

I remember that company CRI which became Stericycle (that was based in Ohio) and they would bump it by pennies each day for their shops. They came up with some formula of how much to adjust it and it would happen systematically as each day progressed.
They have lost so many clients, I think they are trying to survive. Now, I don't even want to do the few jobs they have because they are too low.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I saw the chicken shop for $0. And, the $9 does not cover the order. You will need to spend another four dollars just to complete the shop if you are getting the least expensive combo (I don't know the ordering requirement though, since I have never done one)
I used to do the Burger shops for them all the time.
I got low balled by the phone scheduler today. I was offered the burger shop for $20. I said double it and I will do it. Scheduler said top offer is $22. I said Samantha is offering more than that. (true)
MF sends "Samantha" emails offering jobs that are often lower than the pay listed on the website. I'm not going to try to verify it, because there aren't any of those chicken restaurants in my area, and I mostly don't care because I refuse to sign their new ICA. But my best advice is to ignore "Samantha" emails.
I recently moved to an area where the nearest "Who wants a burger?" client is 40 miles away. And some bottom feeders keep snapping those up at base. MF was my main go-to company for my first few years of shopping. Now it looks like I'm done with them for now. The only other client who regularly shows up in this area is a car wash shop where they want to pay me reimbursement only. Nice try on that one when Intellishop has a competitor car wash where I can make $30-$50 plus reimbursement.
The carwash by me is also reimbursement only, but to get the wash they require, it will cost over $3 above their reimbursement.
Sounds like they are turning into a company like ACL - generally reimbursement only shops.
I just saw new chicken with heat shops in my area for $15. I grabbed one, now they are all gone. Want to try this restaurant, don't mind it's reiimbursement only.
As long as you're aware the $15 won't cover the required purchase.

Sorry, but I have to ask...new chicken with heat jobs? What job is that?

But, without even covering the required purchase.
They are not the size of company that RC is...but they are growing. Its DHC. I like both places...but i think the overall value is better with RC than at DHC. If I was a paying customer (not a shopper), I would pick RC to eat at over DHC.

The below is a "broken record" comment.

Until shoppers cease working for little to nothing, which in my opinion will never occur, little to nothing is what will be paid.
Same. It started out as "no fee", then occasionally I saw $5. Last one I did was $10. Totally random.
Many times, there is no fee. But sometimes, they do offer $5 or $10. I haven't figured out why it's so random. Sometimes when the listing is first issued, I see it already at $10. Not like the listing has been sitting there for days or weeks, languishing.

Looks like the spicy chicken shop is now going to $3 (instead of $5) as the first bonus, just like the non-spicy chicken shop.
I got my first make an offer in months. They must have been really desperate. I worked on my taxes a few days ago (January to July) and I could not believe how little work I have done for MF compared to the past. I completed maybe 1/10 the amount of shops compared to before they lowered their fees.
Its a Hot Chicken shop...with a rubber chicken as its mascot.
Burger shops used to start at a $15 shop fee and an $18 reimbursement for me. Today I noticed shop fees starting at $10 with reimbursement of $18. That barely covers the required cost of the items you have to purchase.

Not worth it for me for less than $38 total reimbursement/fee.
Here's what I have seen- the burger shop will start at $10, increase to $12, maybe $15 after a long while, and possibly $18 if nobody has taken it. There are no make an offers. I used to get $25 and for locations that were far, I could get $35. Knowing that if you take a location for less than you have in the past, you won't get your old amount again, I just won't do them. I don't do any work for them as a result. I did like two shops in six months?
I shop regularly for them. This month though, I have done 0. Seems like they found a lot of new shoppers that would do it at much lower fee… sad smiley
They send out emails advertising the burger shop trying to get shoppers.
