The $50 minimum was only for those who don't have direct deposit. It was for the e-card payments only.
Also glad to see others getting their payments of less than $50, but as @Morledzep & @joanna81 state, my issue is with the wording of the contract right now.@joanna81 wrote:
I am glad to see positive feedback on this topic, but I agree with Morledzip, the contract wording is sketchy.

I have direct deposit and also got paid for only one job at less than $50. I don't do as much of them as I used to but will continue to do one here and there. IF and WHEN the time comes, they don't pay me because of a minimum, I will just get to the minimum and no longer do those shops. But for now, I think it was just a poorly written contract.
When I asked MF about this, they told me that other shoppers in my area were willing to do the shops without being reimbursed for parking and tolls. Good for them, but I am not willing to lose (more) money eating parking and tolls on no-compensation shops. Then, of course, they came begging to me when the shops were not completed. I indicated I would do them only if the tolls and parking were reimbursed. They agreed to the parking (about $5), but not the tolls (which vary but are as high as $50 one way during congested times. They suggested I take back roads or a subway. Hard no on all of it.@klovie wrote:
In addition to their lack of announcements/words regarding the elimination of tolls and parking fees out of the blue. They could have used the real estate space on their site(s) to warn those who did shops in advance of them taking shops that they would no longer be paying for such activity. Instead we have to see the link is missing from where it has always been and hear about it on this site.

I got two of those for $30 today, so thanks for those who chose not to take them.@myst4au wrote:
If you do just one Many Men shops every month at the minimum fee of $10 plus the $17.25 reimbursement, you will exceed $50 every other month even if the exact contract terms are enforced (which is currently not the case). You will have "waited" one extra month to be paid for the early shop. As Clara Peller said, "Where's the beef?"
So, I keep doing them. Thank you, everyone, who has decided to refuse to do any until they change the contract. I predict a long, long wait. Meanwhile, I am happy. More shops for me!
