Any EPMS shoppers buying video equipment?

I've been happy to take on video shops in the past when the bonuses take the fees over $100. More times than not I was able to book additional shops once I had a camera getup on hand.

Now they are no longer going to provide video gear.

Even if I had some extra budget, I don't think I'd cough up for my own rig.

They provide what is arguably the worst online reporting experience of any MSC. Doesn't make sense to spend money just to continue working for them.

Your thoughts?

I agree. Back when I owned my own equipment and had many video options from other MSCs I would take theirs only if things were really slow and the location was handy to add to a day route.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I have five rigs with working button cameras. I’ll keep doing EPMS work until that last camera fries, the bonuses get pretty at EOM.
I still take shops from them, but they have to be certain forms, which are super easy and unlike the rest of their shop forms. If it is that one form format, I will do it, otherwise, I do not care how much they are paying. All the other forms are redundant, too long and repetitive questions. UGH!
They will lend a camera if you take 3 or more video shops.

Um, no.

For starters, their system would only allow you to self-assign 2 video shops.

Now they are on record they will no longer provide video gear for shoppers to use.

I did not know they added the video equipment to the list. I thought it was just the recording device for audio only and the shirts for the video equipment that they stopped doing. Where did you see that? I use my own devices. But their homepage does talk about sending video equipment out.
Oh, those shirts were NASTY. I’m convinced that the EPMS project managers pulled them out of donation bins that had been sitting in a miasma of cigarette butts, diapers, and rotten meat. <<shudder>>

LMAO

I modified a shirt from a company I used to rep that is now defunct. The logo on the back was part of my cover story.
