Technical problem resolved itself after a few minutes.

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

Yes, I got an error message a short while ago. I think it's a Sassie issue because it happened with another MSC shortly after it happened with Intelli-shop. Just send an email to your scheduler and let them know.
