ACL - audio file

Morning all.
I have a shop today for ACL and it required a recorded phone call that I did on my phone earlier in the week. This morning I tried to upload that because I want to make sure it worked before I headed out. It will not accept my audio file, it says type invalid. Yes, I converted it from amr to mp3, wav and even m4a but it won't take any of those files. Lovely thing is, it doesn't tell me what IS an acceptable file. I have already emailed them about this but the report will be due today and not sure if they will respond in time. Just hoping someone has already figured this out and can maybe assist. Thanks!

There is a button on the job site that you press to have them initiate the call and call you back so it records on their end and is automatically attached to the report.

Yes, but I didn't see that and had made the call already on my phone. So the call is done and recorded. I emailed them earlier in the week and they said it was fine, just upload as a file with the report. Well snag... Can't upload it .

Can you send an email to your scheduler explaining this to them and attach the mp3 file as an attachment to the email???

This is what I ultimately did but it took like 10 emails back and forth with them to try and get there. Thank you!
