Reason(s) to NOT like Marketforce

I'm sure other will have their reason(s), but I find that I have mainly 2 grievances with marketforce.

First is when entering their reports, I have to answer a few questions and go to the next page and do this continually. Some reports can be 10 pages or even longer. I much prefer the SASSIE option with it all on one page and a "save" feature and the "oops" feature Sassie offers. My internet went down yesterday and so to go back in and submit the report, I have to go thru all the pages AGAIN even though all my answers were already there. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but does it need to be this goofy?

My other reason to not like them is the under-reimbursement and NO pay for their fast casual shops. The burger place at least starts with a fee of $10. But both popular chicken chains do not reimburse full cost and start with $0 fee. I get why they do this (because there are those that will still the the assignment), but that does not mean I have to like it.

There are good things about marketforce too like the steady/consistent payment schedule and the email reminder of your assignment coming up in a couple of days.

If you go to your incomplete shop from the home page not the my shops page you usually won't have to repage through all those pages it will start where you leave off. I often go through the first comment on the burger place and then finish up on my computer at home and don't usually have to page through.
I dislike systems that make me do page by page, and don't give you a "jump to page 5" option.

My only recent gripe is a scheduler who called me about a weekend dine in lunch shop at a location about 45 mins away. I told him I was unable to do it that weekend or the next, I had other commitments. He then asked me to do it on Monday. I informed him that I wasn't able to do it in that time frame on weekdays. I work during the week 9-5 and with it also being a dine-in, I am not able to squeeze that in my lunch break. Then he kept asking for different weekdays - Tues, Wed, etc. Sorry man, same answer for ALL weekdays. I did let him know if it was a dinner shop I could swing it, but not the lunchtime time frame.
my last time doing a cardboard stand in was close to 3 hours with help. That was the last time i did them. fool me once joke on you. fool me twice joke on me.

.

I'm pretty sure if you go to the review page you can jump to any page you want. It's in the top right corner.
marketforce is the only company that i’ve work for that has paid me (on a couple occasions) $75 for a burger shop. if they ever lose the contract to that ipsos company, we can all forget it.
First I was deactivated. Then I was reinstated but after one shop 5G never ever is offered to me. Someone called me about a movie assignment and kept me on the phone over 1/2 hour over explaining the assignment. Then I was called back a few minutes later to be told that assignment was cancelled by the client. Total waste of time.
@Rho* - was the deactivation from non-activity or were they not pleased with you about something? I remember someone stating years ago on this forum MF will intentionally get rid of you after a certain amount of years for no good reason.

I got $85 (and food poisoning) from one of the burger locations.
Worth it lol

The area code used to be consistent and I knew to ignore the MF call. Now they are coming from GA, CA, MI and not sure where else so I don't answer it. They usually leave a voice mail. The phone callers never are able to match what MAO approves. I am up to $45 for their shops now which when I started at least 5 years ago it was $10.

It was the day Tom Petty died. I did two similar shops and was told I sent the same photos from one shop in both reports but never showed me what was sent. Later I found out several others were told the same story that week and also were deactivated.
There is a burger shop certification that is taken after two total successful shops. It could be it's there waiting for you before you are able to complete the burger shop again.

When they call me, they will never leave a message.. In fact last year before the drive in shops went to the other place, I received a text message asking about a shop.. A couple of hours I reply asking for what the location was and the pay. (I was not near my phone at the time). They never reply back. sad smiley

Wonder they left a voice mail for you but they did not reply to my text message? HUM?????

Oh well.
