No Mintel Direct Deposit Yet

Per Mintel's payment schedule, payment was supposed to be on 1/13. Given the MLK holiday yesterday, funds should show up today at the latest, right?

I am not expecting payment at this time, so I can't comment. However, Josh responded yesterday to the email I send Anna last week. So maybe email him directly and ask.

I really don't like this. If there's a problem with payment, I expect an MSC to notify its shoppers without shoppers having to email the MSC to ask what is going on.
The funds are pending in my account this morning: 1/18/23.
I was not expecting any payment this period, but did you ever find out what happened? My guess is it had to do with the MLK long weekend, but I would have thought that would have been avoided had they sent the direct deposits on the 13th?

Highly likely due to MLK Day being a bank holiday.

Just logged in to check, as my payment for this round was 'processed' on 01/17, while the direct deposit itself to my bank account was received today, 01/18.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.
Josh said Mintel had an issue with Western Union (payment system).
Glad Josh let you know, hopefully it was just a little snag and everything will be okay for the end of month payment, which I am expecting.
