ICU ASSOCIATES: Why did they shift to Shopmetrics? Help needed please. l

Logged in with their new password but cannot pull up any shops. Shopmetrics seems to be user unfriendly. Help please !!!

I just logged into the Prophet site an it worked fine. There was no redirect to Shopmetrics.

Prophet is going away in January. This is from another MSC. They all have to find a new reporting platform to use.

There is a learning curve to any of these systems. But once I had some experience with Shopmetrics, I came to like it. Also, it may be that some MSC's tech departments are not as adept as they need to be when using Shopmetrics.

Also, with any Shopmetrics company you can use the MobiAudit app for reporting. Only drawback is that you have to manually program the app for each individual company. A PITA, but once it's done, you will automatically be logged in to your shop list when you open the app.

Don't believe any shops on shopmetrics for them yet. Although not seeing any on the old prophet site either.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
