I've only really been working with Intouch Insight this year as they have picked up a client in my area. Most of the shops have been in ISecreShop.
They just recently merged/purhased SeeLevel so I will continue my SeeLevel shops.
I've found the Intouch Insight schedulers to be very responsive either via e-mail or phone. And YES, you can get them on the phone! I've talked with multiple different schedulers.
The schedulers at SeeLevel I have dealt with have been good also. I've worked mainly with Barb.
I have to say most of the problems I've had with SeeLevel were my fault not theirs. The one time I did a shop without waiting for the 9 month rotation and getting a 1, I don't think was my fault. Their system allowed me to self assign the shop and I submitted a completed shop. I could see not counting the shop, but I don't agree with giving me a 1 rating on the shop.
BTW, Intouch Insight pays in about 14 days. I really like this part of working for them.
