Prophet Closing In January

Got my second update your password notice - Primo first, now DTiQ.

Got this from the scheduler at Primo:

"If you are signed up with companies that use Prophet, you will get more of these notifications. Prophet is closing their doors in January."

I've heard from some shoppers that they deleted their Shopmetrics emails, thinking they were spam.

Just in case, here is the Shopmetrics link for shoppers to set their passwords to log in with Primo Solutions -

Can not say I will miss Prophet. But thanks for the heads up. I was wondering why I was suddenly getting requests to reset passwords on Shopmetrics for companies currently on the Prophet Platform. I almost erased the email from Primo Solutions. But came here to check it out first.

I am sorry to hear this. I remember when SASSIE and Prophet were the only platforms. Prophet did not keep up with the times or the competition.

In almost 20 yrs., I only recall completing one shop on the Client Smart platform. Unless it is far more popular than I have encountered or there is another reason for its existence, I wonder how/why they are still in business.

I'm for one will not be crying. As an editor, I hated trying to edit shops in Prophet.

So, are all Prophet MSCs automatically switching to Shopmetrics? I haven't gotten any emails from Prophet companies but am signed up with quite a few. Just need to know if I have to manually research each company and re-register.

Google and Archondev website mention nothing that I can find. Could anyone point me in the direction of the sauce?

Usually, the person at the drive through window will be glad to provide extra sauce upon request. They aren't paid enough to care if an extra pack costs their employer a few pennies.

Where is the new login for DTIQ please.? Not in their website which makes no sense and their original ICU page remains up strangely. I do enjoy joy working for them. Tried [dtiq.shopmetrics.com], and it did not work.

A few days ago, I received an email from Blink Research about moving to a new platform, but I have not received any details yet. I'll pass them along when I receive them.

@RuralRunner thank you. I added them to list as they weren't on there yet. Their main website is down but I could still register for Prophet
