Coyle Ghost Kitchen Shops - Restaurant Permanently Closed?

I signed up for a shop of a ghost kitchen on Coyle, but I'm 99% sure the branch I am assigned to order from is closed. They haven't been available for pickup or delivery orders on any of the online food ordering platforms, though there's another branch within delivery distance of me that is open. And their listed phone number reports that it's not configured.

What should I do? There's no option on Coyle's forms to report that the branch was closed, and there's no contact info for who I should get in touch with. I could order from a different branch but worry I won't get reimbursed. I do hope I'll get some portion of compensation for this hassle...

I haven't done it for Coyle, but for another MSC when this happens, i fill out the report and note that it was closed and mark N/A for all the rest of the report. This usually is accepted and I'm paid the agreed upon fee.
Coyle has various email addresses listed in their shopper sidebar, including for general questions about assignments.

You need to email them for instructions. If you do another location unapproved, you are guaranteed not to get paid.

Coyle reports are usually MUCH different from the reports I do for another MSC with ghost kitchen shops.
