I signed up for a shop of a ghost kitchen on Coyle, but I'm 99% sure the branch I am assigned to order from is closed. They haven't been available for pickup or delivery orders on any of the online food ordering platforms, though there's another branch within delivery distance of me that is open. And their listed phone number reports that it's not configured.
What should I do? There's no option on Coyle's forms to report that the branch was closed, and there's no contact info for who I should get in touch with. I could order from a different branch but worry I won't get reimbursed. I do hope I'll get some portion of compensation for this hassle...
