Their hotel shops do tend to be a lot of work, heavy on the narrative, and no pay. However, I've taken them now and then to help fund my travel when my feet get itchy. I never seem to have a good handle on their thing with the points though. I ended up telling one a while back not to fool with the points, because that is what it said in the guidelines. It was an odd interaction. When it gets to such, I wonder how anonymous you can really expect to be. However, as long as they get the information they want out of the shop, I am not outed, and I'm covered on the reimbursement, I'm fine. I like their shops.
