Actually, the lease has to be done on their website, using the QR code (the door is supposed to have one) AFTER you call customer service for information. I did 10 recently and 2 of them required me to actually rent the unit. If they don't arrive, you have spent 20 minutes waiting. Then a phone call. Then work on their website, and then use a gate code to access the property. Instead of about 20 minutes total, it ends up being at least twice that, sometimes as much as an hour. Interestingly, in May I did a different batch, and in that round encountered one location that is only remote - no personnel ever at the location. That one took even longer, Still, these are indeed easy shops overall.

They are easy shops. The time spent is usually 10 minutes or less per location. Some require you to lease (you will be refunded) That happens if nobody shows up in 20 minutes which is rare. You lease by calling customer service. I've done a good 50 plus of these. It's best to wait for bonuses.
