Is anyone else TOTALLY offended by this???
I believe we, the shoppers, are the backbone. AND, more importantly, why should WE thank THEM when we get a "10" because WE did a good job. AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH

What is QC? (Quality Control)
The Quality Control Team is the backbone of providing superior in-store data to our clients.

Do you ever wonder who grades the missions that you submit? How does all of the data get organized? Does Customer Impact really look at all those pictures I send?

The superstar QC team reviews every submission for every project! They verify that questions were answered accurately, that all the photos were taken of the correct items, and that written responses are easy to interpret. Basically, they certify that the final data provided to our clients is the best it can be!

The QC team also offers exceptional feedback for you to fully understand the objectives and continue to succeed.

Next time you receive a “10” grade on your submission, they’re the ones to thank. Credit to the QC team for all of the work they put into supporting your success!

Sounds like someone at Customer Impact needs to be fired. Likely two folk - the one who drafted this blurb, and the one who approved its distribution. And pronto. Some people have no business being in business.
I love CI. The schedulers are friendly, easy to get ahold of, and the shops are fun and are some of the best paying in my area. This would not offend me at all, though I agree it's odd to thank someone for scoring you high when it's all your work. That's like thanking your history teacher when you get an A on a test.
Not offended personally. We're all independent contractors, not actual employees, so I think things like this are to boost morale within their company.
I used to do CI all the time when they had mystery shops. Now i my area it looks like they are only doing audits and merchandising.
If I get a bad score, is it the Quality Control Team's fault and should they send me a note with their sincere apologies because they did such a poor job?

I think the intent was good, but some parts came off awkwardly.
