Ipsos Shopmetrics issues.

I can't walk well or far. But I found a mall shop that paid well, In a brand that I am at least moderately familiar with. So I grabbed it. I went to the store, I acted out the scenario, and then I sat out in the courtyard, outside in the heat, because the only indoor area was the food court. And I began filling out the survey.

I answered all of the questions, filled in all of the narrative sections for the "no" answers. Uploaded all of the pics. Hit DONE. Then I waited.. no "submit" button. So I went through it again, this time inside the food court, all of the questions seemed fine, I changed a couple for continuity purposes, but nothing seriously changed. And i corrected some spelling and grammar, caused by my fat fingers and my phone's auto-correct version of english. And hit "DONE" again. Still no submit button. I refreshed the page on the phone, still no submit button.

I went out of the shop, to look for a scheduler, there is none listed. I know a lot of schedulers names, but I only have a relationship with a couple of them. So I sent an email to her, and to the main email address than never gets read or answered. And I drove home. I have since tried 3 or 4 more times to figure out what I'm doing wrong, but at this point, I just don't think it's me.

I have taken a screen shot of every single page of the survey. So if they try to take it from me for being overdue, I won't lose it. I'm going to try ONE more time, I'm going to try to submit it from the desktop webpage instead of the app. Cross my fingers..

FIXED!!!! And Submitted!!!! The app doesn't tell you that your narrative is too short. I had to have more than 300 characters in two places that i didn't. I probably should have gone back to double check my spelling one more time, but i was soooo relieved to get a submit button, I poked it before it got away.. lol

yet another issue with ipsos. lol

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
All that effort and all that frustration, only to get kicked in the wallet for it today. $75 of my money and gasoline down the tubes and I won't get paid.
I deleted that app once they separated from using Mobi. I just use the website but that is not without problems. It does not auto-save as Shopmetrics traditionally does and times out quickly. It does not warn you ahead of time or state what the time frame is. You get to the end, hit save and... nothing. All gone. Sign in again and redo everything.
Why will you not get paid? What happened?

According to them, I didn't object. There was only 2 employees in the store and neither one of them would talk to me. I tried 4 different times to engage with them and each time they went back to pretending to straightened the shelves and gossiping together. They wouldn't try and sell me anything so I had nothing to object to. I tried to get help picking out a pair of pants, When I asked to try them on I'm on the girl pointed me in the direction of the fitting rooms, She didn't go with me or show me how to get there. When I was supposed to object to the 1st pair of pants and asked for a different style I picked my head out of the door of the dressing room and she was nowhere to be found so I had to gather all of my stuff and go and find her again. I handed her back the pants and I asked for a different style or something different that would fit me better. She gave me a different pair of pants, And of course went back to her busy work that wasn't worked at all.

I had done my due diligence as far as the dressing room and getting the pictures and such soon search in the dressing room. So I went out to the front with the pair of pants that I had and and handed them to her and she didn't even ask if I wanted to buy them or not should right she just set them down and kept on folding. I asked all of their unnecessary questions between visits to the dressing room. I really don't know what else I could have done to make them pay me for this job.

According to the guidelines, Asking for a different style of pants to try on or or objecting to the style of the pants qualifies as an objection. But not according to Ipsos. And she didn't try to sell me anything, When I handed her the 2nd pair of pants she didn't ask if I wanted to buy them or not. She just set them down and went back to refolding folded clothes. She never even looked at me or spoke.

No normal customer anywhere, in any city, or in any state, is going to put up with that type of treatment from a store employee. I can get better customer service on a website sitting on my a**, at my desk in my underwear.
Sounds like Ipsos, all right!
When you absolutely, positively, need your MSC to not give a good damn about your effort, Ipsos is there for ya!
...and how many hundred complaints have you read here about their "help" website address that is NEVER answered?!!!
I am so sorry this happened to you. I have been tempted to do this project, but now I almost certainly will not.
I am speechless. No compassion or empathy on the scheduler's part. They do not read their guidelines and realize there are contradictions. They do not offer you the increase you ask for until the PLEA of Make me an offer arrives the day before the project is due then will "see if they can go that high" and then do. This really is such a poor representation of MSCs.
I have learned to just say no. I call their bluff when they tell me they can't pay that much. I might only get half to 3/4 of the locations I used to, but I still end up getting historic pay amounts. Also, I only rarely do projects that don't require 100% completion, only when the shop is convenient, somewhat bonused, and requires no additional travel. I have also learned that the new real deadline is two/three weeks after the "deadline."

Not the issue at hand, but thank you. The pay for the shop was supposed to be a $150. They refused to pay me because the employees were lazy and would not respond to me. Even though I did everything that they said for me to do in the guidelines. And with the price of gas currently and having to be away from the house for more than 4 hours, I spent $75 just to be able to do the job.

I'm guessing you have taken steps to try to get the decision reversed? If you've done everything you can, and they won't budge, then I'm sincerely sorry.
Are you trying to get the decision changed and reversed?

Morledzep, that sucks! Does this have to do with pants that traditionally come in the color blue?

I've done those a few times with no problems, but luckily I've had decent store employees to deal with -- although in one case, I'm pretty sure she didn't think about making an effort until she figured out I might be a shopper, because she suddenly became a LOT more helpful.

But anyway -- that is unforgiveable on the part of Ipsos -- and to use a phrase I used earlier today in relation to another MS copmany, it's in bad faith.

Yes, but the job has already been zeroed out on the "hold pay" board.
This shop has become a PITA with the amount of detail now required. It's been about 3 months since I've done one. From what I recall, an objection is absolutely necessary in order to answer the following questions. Hollar from the fitting room if ya have to, lol! HELP! THE ZIPPER IS STUCK!

Did you not prance around the fitting room area while wearing the garment? Or is it no longer required?

Mr.Ed, of course, it's still required, but there was no one there to prance around for.. I DID come out of the dressing room with the pants on, and I took a picture of it. I don't yell, except in the privacy of my car or home. And it's usually at a chicken or a goat doing something stupid.

Neither of their "stylists" ever came back to the dressing rooms while I was in the store at all. I couldn't have dragged them there with a collar and a leash.

Reminds me of the home improvements shops for Maritz. You HAD to have two objections to complete the form. Sometimes it took me close to an hour to find an associate, and once I found them I was not going to let them get away before I could object. They would be running away from me trying to end the encounter, and I would be chasing them yelling, "It doesn't match my refrigerator!" That's an exageration, but not by much.
