I recently performed several shops all the same type, at different locations, for Intelli-shop on the same day. All were accepted. All have been paid except for one.
The rep for Intelli-shop is telling me she cannot help me, she does not have access to the records and suggested I contact Presto. I contacted Presto and they referred me back to the MSC. It was also suggested that I contact Tango (payment is made in the form of a gift card and it appears Tango does the processing). Tango is telling me they can't help me either.
So all these companies are involved in the shop - but none of them can answer any questions or help me get paid.
Have any of you ever had this happen and how did it get resolved? Thank you.
