Are there any MSCs (not phone apps) that DON'T REQUIRE your address to do PHONE SHOPS??

My DIL is interested in earning a little bit of money doing simple phone shops or surveys. I've set her up with Field Agent and Surveys On The Go to earn some money on phone apps. By phone shops, I mean talking on the phone and reporting the conversation (and NOT doing in-store phone shops).She'd like to do more, but in checking out some of the MSCs that do PHONE shops, I see that they require an address when you sign up. I told her she may be out of luck finding any MSCs that don't require an address to sign up to do PHONE shops. Any of you out there know of any?? TIA

I don't know of one.

From my understanding, in the US, they are required to get an address for the W-9 tax form in the event you make more than a certain threshold of money performing shops for them.

Try Call Center QA. I don't recall giving my address when I signed up with them. Maybe I did.

I cannot imagine someone being unwilling to give an address. However, it's not expensive to rent a box at like a UPS place, that provides a street address.

Unless, of course, you live in Podunk, Nebraska, where such services are not available, LOL!!

And one of the posters is correct, in that an address is required for tax purposes, but it's for the 1099, not W-9.

I know, right? She's a really, really private person. Perhaps in the future she will loosen up a bit on that. So right now she's limited to using the phone apps that just want your paypal address. She's a trained, certified hairdresser (as is her mother), but never did feel real comfortable with it. She's what you would call somewhat of an introvert. But....I love her to pieces!! Anyhow, I think she's going to be very limited in her choices to earn some extra income unless she comes to realize that she will have to give her address to some very legitimate sites. But, that's her option. Thanks, everyone. I didn't think there would be much out there other than the phone apps, and you have confirmed that for me.

Can she use your address?? I have in the far past lived with other people where my address was c/o (care of) someone else. If you work for the same msc it might be an issue but you can check with them first to see if they allow two shoppers at the same address. The po box works too and some have real sounding street addresses.

We live in different (though adjoining) states, so I'm not sure that would work. But thanks for the suggestion!!
