ath and Bill.com

Recently logged in to bill.com (only use them for ath payments) and I have an "outstanding invoice" from ath. Guess I have to submit it to them for payment now? Seems a little backwards if you ask me. 2nd month in a row I've had to send them the invoice instead of them automatically paying me.

I have shopped for ATH many times, I never had to send in an invoice. Is this for bank shops?

Yes, mine was a bank shop..opening an account.

@shopper8 This is only recently on bill.com. It wasn't previously this way, the payments just appeared.

They will post a payment during the middle of the month but it gets paid around the first of the next month. It is confusing.

I’m new to mystery shopping and have done several shops for ATH. I was sent an invitation to join bill.com to get paid, so I did. It shows that I’m supposed to send an invoice, but I’m not sure to whom or where to send the invoice. Any help would be appreciated.

Trying to learn from all of these rockstars.

No action needed. You just have to wait another 2-3 weeks to actually get paid, assuming you set up your bank account with bill.com

I also shop for Ath and get an email from Bill.com near the end of the month and a check a week later. Ive never been asked for an invoice, the check just arrives around the 7th of the month.

I use direct deposit to get my money from Bill.com. I seem to get a few notifications (impending payment, then notice of payment) and the money shows up in my bank account. Sometimes twice a month now.

I am also thinking about buying a shop, So can you guys give me few tips which shop gonna be good? I have many ideas but clothes and tools are my first two options.
