And you wonder how Sentry stays in business...

Few days ago I asked the scheduler (different MSC) for the shop. He responded that the shop is not available. Next day a diferent scheduler emailed and offered the same shop and asked me the for availability. I responded with available dates. She responded that shop is not available. Nothing unprofessional about it and my feelings didn’t get hurt at all.
Overall, this post is unnecessary.

I found that to be completely unprofessional. As a scheduler myself I would never directly ask a shopper what day they would like to be assigned to a shop if I had no intention of actually following through on assigning it to that person! .

Isn't it forum policy that employees of MSCs have to identify themselves in their signature line?
I think it's an unwritten rule, and it generally applies to MSC reps who are promoting or otherwise representing their MSCs by addressing issues with the MSC, and such.

My signature line is just fine. Quite possibly if you would read my post instead of a quoted one you would see that. But it seems you have chosen to just jump to an accusation of not following policy.

edited to add.... I am not an employee, I am an IC.

My signature line was updated as soon as I took the position in March of this year.

I'm not sure, but I don't think the signature line carries over when a post is quoted. I never really paid attention to that before.
