I do shops for EPMSONLINE. They're usually easy to work with; if the dates are off and they extend your shop to Sunday...and the complex is closed, just email your contact and remind them of that issue. They'll change your date.
Also, I learned this system from another shopper a while back, and always suggest it when Im having a hard time reaching my target: ask your scheduler if you can call the shop, and when your target doesn't answer, tell the person who does "is (target's name) there?" If they say yes, when the target comes on the line, you just say "Hi there...I was at church (or Starbucks or whatever) and a lady there told me to ask for you, hope that's ok?". They always say yes...and when they ask "the lady's name" you just tell the target you don't remember, but she was about 35, brown hair, and very sweet, if that helps?
OR if the target isn't in, you ask to leave a message, because s/he was referred by a friend, so you really want to speak to her/him. Then when they call you back, you tell them you're busy, and ask if you can call them back in 5 minutes. Then you can call back, using the system, and you'll have your target!
This works well, and I always ask my scheduler if I can use that technique, if I'm having a hard time reaching my target.
Oh-and I concur with some of the others...the online form is very repetitive and onerous. Some of the questions will ask things such as Did you walk to the apartment or drive there? And you click a box to designate which one...and then they want you to "explain your response using at least 3 sentences.". Just crazy! I've started to say things like "We left the office. We turned to the left as we exited the office. We then got into the target's car and drove." i.e. using really inane comments, just to satisfy their need for extensive narrative and a minimum of 3, 5, or 8 sentences.
Best wishes!
