Inside Hospitality and JC&Associates

Any thoughts on either of these companies? I've done 2 shops for JC and haven't been paid for either yet.

I have an upcoming shop for Inside Hospitality, and I'm wondering if it will be worth it after reading over the report details. It reimburses up to $75, and I looked at the menu online. It looks like a great place and I love trying new things so I'm looking forward to it, just wondering how they pay.

I will be doing my first job for Inside Hospitality within a week and I am looking forward to it.

I would steer clear of JC&Associates as they have some serious payment issues going on.
I agree with Flash on the latter. The former does not have any shops here. They have mostly positive feedback on V, and as far as I could tell, no feedback here.
So far, so good. Try them out and see what you think.

I've done 2 jobs for JC & Associates. They both paid, but there was definitely some lag time involved.

By the time I got paid for the last one, I had given up on it and just figured that I was not going to get paid, then out of the blue, almost 5 months after I did the shop, I got a check.

Definitely not one you want to depend on to make a living...
Or if you want to see payment in the near future. Stay away.

What a great introduction to Inside Hospitality--day before the shop, preliminary stuff all done and an email "We regret to inform you . . ." postponed . . . they will let me know when it becomes available again.
same here Flash. My boyfriend is going to be so upset, he'd been looking forward to this for 2 weeks.
My companion took it with good cheer. Wasn't happy, was unhappy I was annoyed. I was just ticked that I took the time to do and write up all the pre-visit stuff so it was ready to go and them ::bomb:: email.
Was any reason given? Is the company in good health?
Dear shopper,We regret to inform you that the xxxx shop that you had scheduled with us for 10/17 has been temporarily postponed. We will contact you as soon as this shop becomes available again. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please accept our apologies
