Company that does pharmacy shops?

I signed with a new company a couple of weeks ago and have a pharmacy shop with them today. The problem is I can't find my original email from them and I haven't received a reminder email. I have NO idea what company this shop is for so can't, of course, pull up the guidelines. I am usually extremely organized so this is upsetting. I have tried every way I can think of to find the company, but I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I don't have a suggestion, but, I did that once. You are not alone.

ICCDS has some pharmacy shops.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
