Is anyone having a problem with Captchas?

I've been trying to sign up with Buckalew for the past couple of days and I can't get past the dang captcha. I've tried Firefox, IE, Chrome and then tried different computers. I know I'm getting the right letters, but it keeps telling me I'm wrong.

Does anybody know a way around them or if there's a nifty new firefox app that fixes this?

I registered with them using mozilla about 2 months ago without problem.

It's not just you, xombea. I must have tried over 20 times and couldn't get it through on Chrome just now.

I have given up many times because of Captcha. Once on a shop I needed to park at a meter and tried to sign up for one of those automated meter sites. I was using my iPad and it kept correcting the entry I made for Captcha. Mostly there is a letter or two I cannot decipher.

I had the same problem, over & over & over & over. I left a message on their facebook page, and someone replied. They said, "Email all your info to dave@buckalewhospitality.com and we will manually enter it in"

I haven't taken the time to do this yet, as the holiday came up ~ along with lots of other shops and a bunch of work I needed to do at home!

You'd think it would be easier for them to just disable the captcha feature than deal with a bunch of emailed information. I'd have to wonder, if it's this hard to sign up, will their report system work?

At least the captcha comes after only a few pieces of information. It would really be frustrating to fill out an entire demographic and not be able to submit it but I think it came after only name, email address, and password.
