Outsourcing for the U.S. has been a major factor in our economic decline and the resulting customer service has also declined. A few years ago some companies were finding the customer perception to be so detrimental they opted to bring the jobs back here. Proof that we can make a difference if we choose not to just accept the status quo.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

They used to be good company. I stopped working for them 2 years ago.
I am seriously considering unsubscribing myself. There is definitely some kind of communication problems and infrastructure faults. I had a shop. I was supposed to get canceled. I got an email reminding me to do the shop. I told a rep over the phone several times that I wanted the shop canceled because the due date was bad for me. I would not take the shop unless the date was different. It turns out they could not change the date and did not cancel the shop. I spoke with a 3rd rep and told him the shop was supposed to have been cancelled because the date was wrong for me. I was asked in a condecending tone why I could not take the shop. Long story short I took the shop and wish I had not. That car insurance shop is still hanging over my head. I have been sick and have had a hard time finishing the shop.

I have done one other shop for DSG and I was very unhappy with the lack of organization of the shop material. It left me guessing were to go and what to do first online. I am never certain what I am supposed to do next or how to go about doing it. I don't think I can keep doing this for them.

If they were going to outsource the jobs they should have done it with people that can assimilate to their IC base. Most of us are in a hurry and even if we do have the time who wants to listen to the long drawn out explanation of a shop that you have done 100 times. Write the instructions give a quiz if you have to, but stop calling me taking 20 minutes of talking and repeating, it's quite frustrating IMO.
