I think I did a shop for them once. Simple enough shop, I got paid.

I have done a few and always been paid according to their pay policy time frame.
My understanding is ISecretShop is not a company, it is an app and reporting platform used by a couple of mystery shopping companies including Business Evaluation Services (reliable, but very slow pay) and A Top Shop (trying to get your money is like pulling teeth).

From their website...

iSecretShop is a complete mystery shopping software system COMBINED with a portal for secret shoppers. With iSecretShop, mystery shoppers can find available shops from ALL our participating mystery shopping providers in ONE Place!

---> They claim 400,000 shoppers.

I've been registered for two years, and there has never a single shop I can do in my area.

Actually there is always one, and only one, on their board for my entire state, but I wouldn't qualify (don't have the condition that the client treats), and it's for an MSP that doesn't show up on this forum's list.

It must be that if "mystery shoppers can find available shops from ALL our participating mystery shopping providers in ONE Place," then it's a very crowded place, with 399,999 shoppers and all but one MSP.

All but me, and one MSP. And I can't take their one shop, because I have hair.
Sigh.
I liken it to Sassie, Prophet and ShopMetrics with the difference being it was the first to offer an app.

I've done four so far. Pay is a trace slow. Approval for shop comes from outside. They do however pay.
There is a new job on their website that involves a major cash outlay -- it is on behalf of an MSC called "Mystery Shopper Services." I can't find anything here on that MSC, can you?

I did only one shop for them and they paid on time. However, each time they offer me the very same shop, same location. I did it for $30, then they offered it for $40, and I think higher. But once was just enough. They are offering it again for $30. I cannot picture myself doing it again. It wasn't hard. Just not my kind of shop.
i attempted that shop today. The targeted item was not in the store and when I asked them to check inventory I was told it was only available on line. Which makes me wonder why they are sending shoppers to stores to look for an item that is not available in their stores. Bizarre. But it didn't waste too much of my time and the report was simple, and would have been simple even if I'd been able to do the shop.

Edited-- this post in response to pizzapizza's comment.

Do they have shops in India? anyone with answers ?
Hi Guys,
Lisa is right on about I Secret Shop. It is a platform with several different shopping companies on there. You do have to sign a contract with each company in order to do their shops. Mystery Shopper Services is Business Evaluation Services. We have just changed our name to MSS. As for A Top Shop, it is under new management and payment policy is the same as MSS which is 45 business days via PayPal. I know, but I don't make the rules.

For the shoppers who only see the one shop on their list, please email me at the address below as we do have phone shops that can be completed from anywhere in the states. They pay $8 to complete. I would be happy to hook you up with some.

As for India, I am sorry but we do not have any shops there.

Don't message me here because I never know when I can steal a few minutes to log on. Hope this helps!
