DSG called me three times in non English yesterday. DSG wake up!
DSG is horrific. If they speak English they dont understand the projects or can answer basic questions.
I confuse them with US Pharmacy, so I try to negotiate a price for my unused almost expired no longer needed Rx meds
How seriously do think a MSC will take a complaint that contains spelling and grammatical errors, though?

I know this is just a rant about something that pisses you off, but take the time to compose a well-written rant and perhaps the company may take it to heart....
It's a pre-test.

How are you going to evaluate foreign cashiers if you can't understand a foreign scheduler?

What evidence do you have of this? If you work in this country you need to speak adequate English in order to communicate with customers.

Um, I think it was a joke...
Come on guys, people in the Philippines need jobs too! Oh wait, maybe not since they have so many of ours anyway.

How about getting them a TV set or something that shows the 40" of snow we have here in CT and that the Governor has shut the state down - no one can be on the roads unless its an emergency vehicle? And sorry, my Honda doesn't qualify as an emergency vehicle to do a 9.00 audit!

I was commenting on what Joan mentioned.

Seeing the word 'schedulers' misspelled on the title removed some validity from the complaint IMHO. Obviously MSCs read what we write here...
Oh Dear,
Steve, I am so sorry that you had to use energy to point out a typo.
I caught it. However, it was too late to correct after entering.

If there is a way of deleting, will someone please reply.
I will be grateful.
Hopefully, I can delete the post.

Why delete when you can just edit and make corrections?
Hey Busy, I don't think that's the correct spelling of 'for' so can you please correct the typo? winking smiley

In order to not feed the 'trolls' who laugh at each other's remarks, I will change the subject.

I spent my day doing $20 fast food shops.
Now that is something to laugh about.

And now, I have a nice chocolate cake in the oven.
It will be decorated for a birthday.

We're trolls if we laugh at each other's remarks?

I thought we all laughed at each other and ourselves.

Me, too, Lisa. Looks like I'm a troll and didn't know it. I'll add that to my other credentials.

Obviously, some toes have been stepped on here.

cruiseguy...seriously. No offense was intended. I don't think anyone is trolling or making fun of anyone but ourselves.

For some, a typo is just a typo. They can look past it and get the point. For others (any many who work as editors or MSC staff), it's a glaring error that needs to be corrected. I'm part of the latter group.

(Edited to add a missing 't')

Well, to be a part of the 'later'(latter) group, something is missing from this statement: (any many who work.....

I just had to point that out.....and no offense.
ROFL! I love it. I think it's almost impossible to critique someone else's grammar/spelling without making a mistake. I see it happen all of the time!

HAHAHA!!! Very clever, Steve, to talk about pointing out someone else's typos while making a few yourself! : )

You all are a riot. I'm not going to add much more than that as I am wary of making a typo now. LOL!
