Though it's been a few years since I completed an Ikea shop, I've also heard from another forum that the employees can keenly detect shoppers and go out of their way to hide their nametags. Doesn't that make the game even more fun?!

I would think that the same person being in the store for three hours and not buying anything would be a pretty good tipoff.
