Shop Training And Results payment form

Does anyone else think that it is a bit ridiculous that we have to fill out a payment voucher and email it in after each shop in order to get paid?

Also, they want your Social Security number and birth-date on the form, and then they expect it to be submitted via email.

This was my first shop with them. I told them that I was not willing to put my sensitive personal information on this form and email it. We'll see what happens.

I'm used to invoicing as it's more common on the video side. I don't see any reason they would need your SSN each time. If they don't trust themselves to correctly match up the invoice to the job by your name, they should issue you some type of username or ID number that can be provided on the invoice.
