Do they send out checks? I could not find the information on their website.

They pay by check, and they reference the shop # for each of the shops they pay you for.

They normally pay twice a month, the 15th and the end of the month.

This is how you are paid(by check)if you work e.g. Oct. 1-15, you will paid Nov 1st. Don't forget to
submit a invoice for each visit and make sure you include the receipt if the vist requires a receipt.
I've also found it helps if you write the visit # on the receipt.

Yes definately don't forget to submit the invoice! I have forgotten that a couple of times and it's a real hassle.
