In early August Market Force announced they were having issues processing reports and receipts but they claim they fixed those problem and continuing problems all month are the shopper's responsibility to submit additional work or receipts that allegedly were not uploaded in a timely manner.
The questions I am asking other MARKET FORCE (BLUE PORTHOLE) shoppers are;
1. Are you experiencing frustrating hesitations of up to 5 to 10 minutes between pages of reports when you click "submit"?
2. Are you experiencing frustrating hesitations of up to 5 to 10 minutes uploading receipts. (The CPI's I find are uploaded in the blink of an eye).
3. Are pages of your reports being wiped out causing you to re-answer pages again and again? One help desk representative suggested I save each page (something that their computer should do automatically when pages are submitted).
I think Market Force does not want to admit they are still having problems and claims no other shoppers are having similar problems. so we will stay up all night trying to submit reports and receipts without extra compensation for our efforts.
I have e-mails from individual Help desk employees admitting they still are having problems. I think it is a big problem and I think that shoppers like me are ready to quit and go elsewhere because the compensation does not cover staying up all night nursing their sick or dying computer.
