Antonio works for Coast to Coast Scheduling. Coast to Coast is now scheduling for Compliance Solutions which has many of the jobs that Franchise Compliance used to have, including the infamous carpet cleaning shop. Compliance Solutions appears to have nothing to do with Franchise Compliance, although they are both located in Utah very near each other. Compliance Solutions is said to be owned/run by an ex-scheduler of Franchise Compliance. Antonio says that there is no relationship between Compliance Solutions and Franchise Compliance. I can't imagine Coast to Coast scheduling for a non-paying MSC. I'm hoping someone works for Compliance Solutions and reports back to us. Time will tell.

franchise compliance has $25 bonus on many of their shops this month. Get the monopoly money while you can!

Thats Ralph. I guess he is soliciting his old list and Julie's list.
For Franchise Compliance shoppers who are still owed money:

Has everyone filed their complaints with the Utah Attorney General? This can be done via email. Attach a screen shot of your shop log page to your email complaint as proof of money owed.

An email was sent out today titled 'Shopper Confusion' from Christina Palmer, President/CEO, Compliance Solutions Worldwide indicating, "We are not associated with Franchise Compliance (FCI) in no way, shape, or form!"
They hurried up and clarified that point.
I would have too, if I were them! Being affiliated with FC would be bad for business!
Oh, I got that email this weekend...I was wondering if Julie had second thoughts and decided to stay. I see that it is Ralph. I took the opportunity to respond back asking them "Where the You-Know-What is my money from last year that they owe me. They are a bunch of flim-flam artists. Never in all my years of mystery shopping have I gotten the shaft. They should be ashamed to continue to work for that company.

I have contacted the Utah BBB and the Utah Attorney General. Neither one of them can help with this situation. Also, I submitted a formal complaint with the Utah Dept. of Labor and they can't help either. They told me to submit a complaint to my state Dept. of Labor since the work was done in my state. I am in the process of submitting this complaint and we will see what happens.
Hi Mozz,

Let us know how that works out. I am in the process of filing a claim with the Dept. of Commerce now, as suggested by my claims investigator with the Dept of Labor in Utah.

I would be wary of Compliance Solutions. Too many coincidences for me. Please be very careful.
I got an email from Franchise Compliance today asking for shoppers for the carpet cleaning....I know it will do little good, but I responded with an email saying that I would be delighted to take one...when all the shoppers who are owed money are paid.

I like it. I'm thinking about signing up with them just to needle them for defrauding all of their IC's.
I pretended to be a company interested in using their services. Not shocking, I got a call within 24 hours from a sales rep from the company. Had I known now that there are more than just me, I would have given the rep a bigger piece of my mind. However, he connected me with someone who ended up being a temp for the company. She was appauled with the sitaution and has been giving me phone numbers and lists of names. She had a check cut for me when someone , who she does not know, stopped the check from being processed. He claims to be with chem dry. I don't know why he would have stopped it from being paid--and there lies where I think I was dooped! I still wonder if this is bigger than we may know. imagine collecting $200 from 100 shoppers each month...that can add up!

I just found out that this is not true. There were affiliated at one time. The president of CS posted in a thread they were then a couple of years later she stated "we are no longer affiliated" with FC. I would be wary.
