Schedule an appointment for an eye exam (options include online, phone, or in-person scheduling).
Update your shop date to your appointment date. See the "Appointment Scheduling" section of this briefing for more details.
Visit the clinic and observe the check-in and waiting area process.
Assess the overall cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the clinic.
Participate in the eye exam and record details about the optometrist and staff.
Evaluate the eyewear selection process, including recommendations and product knowledge.
Make a purchase of lenses/frames. This will be refunded back to you and you will NOT be able to keep the product.
Leave once you've made your purchase.
Flat payment $80.00, plus bonus of $5.00
